Are you interested in playing a sport for Crain’s Creek Middle School?
Eligibility Requirements:

• Students must pass 70% of their classes the previous semester.
• Students must have an attendance rate of at least 85% for the previous semester. (This includes excused and unexcused absences)
• Students and parents must complete all forms in DragonFly before tryouts (including an uploaded current physical). (DragonFly)
